Singing, drama and performing in a safe enviroment

A series of vocal workshops for anyone in the community who is feeling vulnerable or isolated. The workshops are open to allcomers and are designed to give participants the opportunity to find their voices, express themselves as creative individuals and help them build a positive attitude about themselves. 

The workshops are based around singing and drama, with energising warm-up games and exercises. The focus will be on participation and having fun, while introducing good basic posture and breathing practice for increased well-being.
The workshops are at the Emmanuel House in Nottingham starting the 27th sept 2023 from 4pm until 6pm every Wednesday ( AND ITS FREE )  53-61 Goosegate, Nottingham, NG1 1FE

The workshops will be in blocks of 7 sessions
Participants can join at any time...

The first sessions will be:

1. Wedesday 1st Oct 4 - 6pm,   2. Wednesday 15th Oct 4 - 6pm
3. Wednesday 22nd Oct 4 - 6pm,  4. Wednesday 29th Oct 4 - 6pm
5. Wednesday 5th Nov 4 - 6pm,  6. Wednesday 12th Nov 4 - 6pm
7. Wednesday 19th Nov 4 - 6pm
